For other buyers,default shipping service is Regular Airmail without tracking no. Additional cost tracking is US$2 or above. Please contact us for revised invoice before paying, if you need it.

South-East Asia & Australia : 10-20 business days
Philippines, Mexico, South America & others : 3-5 weeks business days
Return and Refund Policies

Send photos of the product, reason and your preference (refunds) to Wix Chat Live or in FB Messenger.

All manuals, parts, packaging and accessories along with the original package must be return at the same time.

Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
Refunds
If you request a refund, the full amount will be refunded to you using PayPal payment method.
Once received, we'll process the refund and notify your Wix Chat or FB messenger's message. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
If the item returned does not meet our Returns Policy above, your order will be sent back to buyer.
We only can refunds the products returned on damage and broken, don't accept products exchange.
